Individual and Team High Impact Basketball Training
What do we offerMidWest Hoops at Sports Plus offers individual basketball training sessions for players. Individual and group sessions are one hour in length. During your training session coaches will focus on the repetition of fundamental drills, paired with advanced concepts, to develop a complete understanding of the game. From defense to offense, the player is evaluated and given instruction so they can progress and improve. These sessions are intense and will challenge the players both mentally and physically, while improving their skill level.Our TrainerPaul McMillan has been working with youth for 10 years. Through his hard work, energy, and passion for the game of basketball, Paul his become one of the area's top basketball trainers (trains several Division 1 prospects and top ranked players in the state of Ohio) and one of most respected and loved coaches in the area.In addition to teaching today's youth the game of basketball, Paul also works for the Governor's office in the Cincinnati Public School District, and S.I.M.P.Y. Playhouse and Learning Center, Childcare Facility in West Chester, Ohio. | ![]() Who can registerOur sessions are open to boys and girls from 1st grade to High School seniors. We work with any level player as long as they have a will to improve--from beginners to players being recruited by division 1 colleges. FAQsQ. What is an Individual workout, and what will my child learn?
A. We are based out of Midwest Hoops located at Sports Plus. Q. What about group workouts? A. Group workouts are available upon request. Q. Cost? A. The cost for an individual workout it $50 and for a small group is $35 each. Larger groups, team and package deals vary. For camp cost, please view the High Impact Camp information. Q. How long are the workouts? A. Workouts will be 1hr to 1hr 15mins. Q. What are the age groups? A.
