Boot Camp Challenge is the quickest,
easiest, and most fun way to jump start your fitness program, lose
pounds and inches fast, and make new and supportive friends in the
process. Plus, unlike other fitness boot camps, you don't have to wake
up at 5 am and brave the elements only to get yelled at for an hour.
Our Fitness Camps are conveniently scheduled, where our encouraging and
supportive personal trainers will take you through a quick and
effective, 1 hour, fat burning, body sculpting workout that is
personalized to your individual fitness level.
Boot Camp Challenge is for you if:
- You are new to fitness
- You haven't worked out in a while
- You are out of shape
- You don't like going to the gym
- You don't have fun doing traditional workouts
- You need motivation, encouragement, and support
